M_o_R® provides a generic framework for the management of risk across all parts of an organisation - strategic, programme, project and operational. It incorporates all the activities required to identify and control the exposure to any type of risk, positive or negative, which may have an impact on the achievement of your organisation's business objectives. This course is aimed at Business Managers; Programme and Project Managers; Operational Managers and any other roles within an organisation which need to develop their knowledge and capabilities in the Management of Risk. These qualifications complement other OGC best practice guidance such as PRINCE2® and MSP®. They are also suited to those who may be involved in the implementation of Management of Risk M_o_R framework.
Prerequisites
Examination and Certification
M_o_R Foundation exam is 45 minute, 45 question, multiple choice paper. It is a closed book exam which is included in the course price.
As a requirement for the exam, please bring a valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) with you for the start of the course. Also, please bring a non-programmable calculator with you for the course and for use during the exam. If you have a medical condition that you feel may affect your performance in a formal examination (e.g. dyslexia) please advise us. The examining board can make special dispensation for this but need medical evidence and time to organize this. Exam regulations prevent the board-appointed invigilator acting once the training course has started. |
